Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Shotvi (the "Service"), operated by Shotvi. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe.

What the Service does

The Service creates short videos, voice-overs and compositions using third-party AI models. Results are generated automatically: they can be inaccurate, inconsistent or different from what you expected, and the same input can produce different results. We describe each model's real limits on its page and never substitute a different model for the one you chose.

Credits

• Each generation shows its price in credits before you start. That price is what is held — never more.
• Credits are held when a job starts and only spent when a result is delivered. If a job fails, times out, is canceled before processing or is refused by the provider, the held credits are returned automatically.
• Running a generation again is a new job with its own price.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Promotional credits may expire as stated when granted.
• Paid plans are not available yet. When they launch, their price, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase.

Your content and permissions

• You keep your rights in what you upload. You give us permission to store and process it (including sending it to our AI providers) only to provide the Service to you.
• You must own, or have permission to use, everything you upload — including photos and voices of other people and any game footage.
• People in photos: only upload images of adults who have agreed to it. Never upload images of minors.
• As between you and us, you may use the results you generate, subject to these terms, applicable law and the terms of the underlying model providers. We do not claim ownership of your results.
• Where the law or a platform requires it, you are responsible for labeling AI-generated content as such.

What is not allowed

You may not use the Service to create or share content that:

• is sexual, intimate or degrading and shows a real person, or involves minors in any way;
• impersonates someone, or is meant to deceive others into believing a real person said or did something;
• harasses, threatens, defames or discriminates against people;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights (including other creators' videos or gameplay you have no rights to);
• is illegal, promotes violence or is spam.

You also may not try to get around limits, prices, safety filters or access controls, or attack or overload the Service.

Enforcement

AI providers may refuse requests that break their rules; you are not charged when that happens. We may remove content, refuse jobs, or suspend accounts that break these terms, and report illegal content where required by law.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue tools or models — for example when a provider retires a model. We will not charge for a generation that we cannot deliver.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms.
